Put 1 tsp mouthwash in half cup of water. Take a sip rinse thoroughly for 30 sec and then spit it out. Repeat.
Do this atleast e times dail after every meal.

Betadine is generally prescribed afrer any oral surgery to get rid of infection. You can dilute one cap of betadine in a glass of water and rinse your mouth with it. You should not continue for longer time because it may lead to stained teeth. After stopping it you can use warm saline water to rinse.
