I don't read good things about anisocytosis. My rheumatologist hv not commented anything. Her methotrexate is also continued. But I want to knw if blood reports hv something serious? Should I consult hematology or another rheumatology doc?

Instead of mtx we can start her on different dmards. Depending on her condition we should reduce/ change the dose. She should meet a general physician to rule out any other causes. Anisocytosis seems to be a far fetched diagnosis.

Hi. I think you should discuss with your rheumatologist first. Ofcourse he should be a qualified one. In your reports, the counts look okay, vit b12 & vit d are low. Mild anisocytosis is common with anaemia.
