I am suffering from very high fever and cough, I need help it's urgent, please suggest me some medicines.

It sounds like a chest infection. Take paracetamol for fever and syrup dilosyn for cough. If not relieved get your tests done - cbc with esr sputum culture and x-ray chest pa view and revert back.
