I have a slight cold and become worst when I sleep in the night and feel something is stuck back of my throat. I took a sinarest lp one tablet in the night and did a steaming twice. Can I take sinarest lp on 12 hours gap for 3 days or one tab for every 24 hours cycle. Your article says, 3 tablet can be taken? Is it okay if take it twice a day with 12 hours gap?
