Hello, any anorectal problems starts mainly with altered bowel conditions or straining. So if your stools are really hard, then your anus is not allowing it to come out easily and that's why it is so painful. To get rid f it, you need to soften your stool with the help of taking plenty of water, a stool softener like cremaffin plus. To sit in warm water will give you much relief. Also applying (e.g. Anorelief /escot/ fidonal) to the anus with the help of fingers will define help.

This may be due to anal fissures which are caused due to injuries to the anal lining by passing hard stools. As a result you have acute pain and spasm of the anal canal. You should take high fibre diet, adequate fluid intake and some mild laxative like haritaki churna, sitz bath may help you. For further support you may call the reception at sushruta anorectal institute.
