2 months old baby boy has lactose intolerance. Can proper diet of mother cure this? Along with medication what kind of food can cure? Is there a chance it is going to be permanent?

Depending on whether he has temporary or permanent lactose intolerance he should be given diet low in lactose or lactose free diet (soy based or milk protein based lactose free formula). It would recover if it is because of secondary lactose intolerance.
