I got married one year ago and 42 years old, but after marriage, I feel, low in sex, and not excitement all the day and many time, I do sex with my wife but without interest and excitement. Sometimes a good erection I have but no interest and excitement. Whn my wife goes to her parents house, and she comes back after 15-30 days, then much excitement and desire of sex and when she comes back and on that day sex is gud with excitement and desire but after that day, so desire and excitement. I am taking bupron 300 mg for last one month but not effective much and took tadalafil 5 mg for one month, but only erection is gud but no desire and excitement. Could you pls help me?
