Please take my concern seriously. I am going through stomach pain from three to 4 days, firstly I having pain in middle region between chest and belly and not able to drink water or food, when I drink more water I start to feel pain and feels like my stomach is full, but after taking medicines I feel like good but now the pain is shifted to lower belly and most likely feels pain when I stand and walk or waking up in morning feels pain in stomach or when I breath at that time also feels pain, I do not know reason but doctor said me if medicine will not work do sonography, I am still confused. Mainly started to drink buttermilk, jaljeera water, fruits etc but if there is gas or I feel like pain in lower region, I feared about like I read on google about stomach ulcers and kidney stones etc and now I am in tension, please give me huge advice and solution how to remove my pain, its been a long time now, I need your help sir, please give me a advice I do not want this pain now which stops me from doing my normal works. thanks.
