Doctor unable to conceive since 5 years. After sex the whole sperms gets leaked out. I tried leg wall position also. I didn't use washroom.in morning I used. And then I see sperms also came out. Is this the reason for not getting pregnant. please tell. My all reports are normal. Husband reports also normal. Hsg test also done. No blockage nothing. So please advise what to do. Should we go for iui treatment or not. please advise.

Your reasons of sperm leaking and leg wall position and not using wash roo are illogical. None of these are related to conception failure. If reports are normal, iui should not be the first choice. You should have mentioned any other changes like wt gain, hirsutism, irregular m.c, change in voice etc if these are there or should have mentioned all regular. Any way. I would suggest if you go for modifications in diet, lifestyle, mobility/ exercise/ yog etc, de-stressing by pranayam/ meditation and at last, if need be, ayurvedic herbals for aartav shuddhi (cleansing of reproductive system) and balancing. I would recommend not to go for 21 days pills in first go. You may fall prey to long portion of life popping these pills. It should be last resort. No harm in getting ayurvedic treatment for facilitating conception and then healthy foetus (rather you ll win the situation, I am sure). Pl talk on Lybrate phone consult or chat.
