I have various hard coarse hair on my chin. To get rid of them I am using waxing treatment from parlour but overtime I can see black line pigmentation has evolved around my chin and lips which gives ver bad impression as if I have a beard. I want to get rid of that black line and my hairs permanently. Please help, I am so stressed.
