Hello doc, my girlfriend and I have been trying to have a baby for over 6 months now. She did an abdominal ct scan and it came out 1: uterine fibroid: 2: right ovarian cyst. I did a semen analysis and here’s my result. Color of sperm: brown normal morphology: 70% abnormal: 30% motility fast progressive: 20% slow progressive: 50% non progressive :10% immotile: 20% total sperm count is: 20,ooo, ooo (20 million) culture:yielded mild growth of staphylococcus spp please I would love to ask. Can this sperm get a lady pregnant? And also is my girlfriend problems the reason why we have not been able to have a baby?

1) pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist 2) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
