My father is 85 years old. He has a non healing wound in his back. It has become a pressure ulcer stage 4.please advit medicines, antibiotics.

Hello sir/mam pressure ulcers are very difficult to treat and take time to heal. He may need other therapies for the same and his medications and comorbidites need to be seen in detail.
