I am fifty four years old. I was diagnosed of diabetes and later high blood pressure. Now, my feet, ankles and arms are swollen. A recent test carried out on me indicated urea and creatinine levels far above normal levels. Could it be a symptom of kidney failure? If it is, I don't have the resources for dialysis or kidney transplant. Are there medications that can help me take care of the condition?
