Neuro doctor suggested for my 5.7 years kids sizodon syrup 0.5 mg for 1 month and 1 ml to start from 2nd month to till 6 more month. I have giving sizodon from 6 th march 2022 till now but my kid is falling sick each 15 days either fever else dehydration and vomiting. When I consult to medicine pediatrician he suggested to stop sizodon as it affect the immunisystem and kid falling sick very often. Please suggest should I stop sizodon? If stop what would be the side-effects. Is there any alternative medicine to replace sizodon.

I don't think sizodon has any impact on our immune system. There is some confusion about the medications by pediatrician. You could continue medications without doubt and there could be other reasons for kids i'll health which needs evaluation. I would suggest you to take a second opinion about fever and other health issues. If at all you have to discontinue sizodon. You can stop it gradually by making it 0.25 ml for a week or so and then stop.
