Low hb. Cbc is not sufficient. Widal test for typhoid. Urine complete n microscopic. Crp as esr is raised. Till then pcm 650 three times or as required. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food. At the age of 68 anything means any problem can not be ruled out. So please consult superspeialist.
