Hi, I have diagnosed with pcod and doctor suggested regestrone. I missed my period by 1 week and tested negative. Is there any chances I will get pregnant by in taking regestrone?

Regestrone is not a contraceptive. If there is any likelihood of pregnancy, it best to do a urine pregnancy test for confirmation. Regestrone is given to initiate menstrual bleeding if the cause of delay is anything but pregnancy.
