Hi i'm 19 years old I had a sore throat and noticed some small white patches and slightly pinkish red irritated scratchy patches at the back of my throat and swollen tonsils. These patches does not look like leukoplakia or erythroplakia. My sore throat was cured in 10 to 12 days after two months I again have sore throat and same irritated red scratches. I also have an avid reflux issue. Before I got sore scratch y throat I was exposed to dirt and I screamed a lot while playing a match. I just wanna know these red patches are just irritated throat and nothing else serious like carcinoma. I get sore throat frequently after few months or weeks. I just wanna know what different kinds of appearances can a irritated scratchy throat have. Are my red scrathy patches normal.
