Sir my father age 79 year psa level found13 in routine checkup. After consultation of urologist/oncologist biopsy done in biopsy result found~:adenocarcinoma of prostate te (gleason's grade iv score 8) with evidence of perineural invasion involving right lobe of prostate. Doctor suggest hormone therapy or operation. Please advice me regarding further treatment.
