Good evening Mr. lybrate-user. Asper the information provided by you, you might got sti which may or may not be related with your sexual encounter as its already been 1 year since the incident had taken place. To rule out hiv just go for simple tridot test and vdrl for syphilis both of which are free in every govt hospital. Its mostly a bacterial infection as it was cured by fucidic acid previously. But do not ever use steroid creams unless prescribed by a registered practitioner because there is a chance of shrinkage of your foreskin and causing phimosis. I request you to not to worry. Consult a nearest physcician and get the tests done. I have more than 10 years experience in hiv disease and please contact if you still need further assistance.
