One year ago my condom broken during sex with a sex worker ,immediately she identified and I pulled back and used new condom. After 6 months I had non itching rashes in both sidevof my hand (no other symptoms like lue, diera,head ache). This rashes clear recently by applying fucid acid cream. After almost 8 months I had itching in my penis .in close observation of penis I can see very very small rashes in foreskin which is still existing not completely removing by cortisol ailment. Do I have hiv?

Asper the information provided by you, you might got sti which may or may not be related with your sexual encounter as its already been 1 year since the incident had taken place. To rule out hiv just go for simple tridot test and vdrl for syphilis both of which are free in every govt hospital. Its mostly a bacterial infection as it was cured by fucidic acid previously. But do not ever use steroid creams unless prescribed by a registered practitioner because there is a chance of shrinkage of your foreskin and causing phimosis. I request you to not to worry.
