I want my foreskin of penis to move down. But I don't want to go for circumcision. Previously it used to go down easily but after a cut on the tip of penis a year back, it is not going down. I left it to heal for long time due to fear and now the hole became small. Please help with some medical advice apart from circumcision. Please urgently. Thanks in advance.
