Sir I have frenulum breve, short frenulum I can fully open foreskin when it's flaccid but in erecting it's not completely comes back and tip of penis bend down little forward while erection if I pull my skin back while erect penis it's painful so where to apply betnovate n on frenulum or foreskin and for how long and how to for whole night can you please tell.
