I have on and off palpitations and chest pain from past 6 months. Did all tests back in december- ecg, 2d echo and 24 hr holter. All came back fine. My holter had elevated heart rate at times but cardiologist said there is no cardio issue. Did some blood test last week - tropin, liver, kidney, cholesterol, cbc, iron studies and magnesium level. Everything is normal except magnesium is slightly less and iron binding capacity is a bit low. Magnesium 1.7 uibc 139.40 tibc 234.4 do I need to do any mri or ct or anything for my heart? Or these tests are okay? Also can I take some supplements? If yes, what exactly? I've heart coq10 is good and magnesium supplements will help. But I see there are many types of magnesium supplements. Which one do I need to take?
