I joined a gym yesterday and I wanted to know what should I eat just before going to gym, I also wanted to know which exercises should I do after gym to make the pain less.

Hye. Since you are just a beginner, taking a fruit like banana is a good option. You need to do good stretches after your workouts to avoid the pain or injury. Usually not doing the right exercise routine or following right technique is very essential for the exercise or machine to benefit you. Please take advice from a knowledgeable trainer or instructor.
