Sir I have performed sex many times like 15 times and I was unable to perform in as many as 5-6 times and on other times I had taken viagra or manforce thrice and still the arousal or the erection was not full hard and I was not able to push it easily and this have been every time I had sex and in 3-4 times I was unable to put it in because of no erection even after foreplays I have tried eating fruits healthy diets and some ayurvedic oil and shilajit but am unable to attain erection properly my age is 26 and my testerostorme level is fine 470 and I am engaged in regular exercise still.
