I'm 19 years old one month ago suddenly I feel shortness of breath and breast swelling, back pain, left hand pain and leg pain and one month are done I feel pain near armpit, and shortness of breath, back pain and leg pain and breast swelling doctor do my breast usg but it's normal and chest x ray was normal please tell what problem I have what I do google show it's symptoms of metastatic breast cancer I also feel hard lump in breast and armpit swelling but both breast usg comes normal please tell what I do?
