22 years old female. Diagnoses: - pdd (for more than 10 years) -gad -dpd -panic disorder - affective lability under treatment since 3 years. Current medication: -20 mg betaxolol -100 mg sertraline -1,5 mg alprazolam -50 mg agomelatine question: medication has no effect. Willing to try anything that could relieve anxiety. Do you think that inhaling cbd through vaporizer (e-cigarette) with 0% nicotine content could help? If yes, what are the health risks? (non-smoker) any other ideas?

Hmm. I would not suggest e - cigarette to reduce your anxiety. It seems like a complicated situation with multiple diagnosis .you need to have a detailed evaluation before any further step is taken and I would like to taper and stop alprazolam and cross titrate with other benzodiazepine to take care of your anxiety and would suggest you to start some physical activity on a regular basis.
