Last week she suffers severe headache .we took her to our local village hospital they give her sumatriptan injection and put her on oxygen for 2 hours approx and than discharge. What is the role of oxygen in headache?

Oxygen constricts blood vessels and relieve pain. Its effective in cluster headache. I suggest you to give her homeopathic treatment for complete.

If she had severe headache and it was relieved with sumatriptan, then possibly she has migraine. Oxygen must have been given just as a supportive measure. Do get a ct scan brain.
