I have got iui on 28th may, on susten 200 mg till date (13th june). Upt on 11th and 12th june is negative. Serum hcg on 12th june is negative as well. Today (on 13th june) I had slight bleeding pv with mild cramps. I'm still on susten. Is this implantation bleed or normal periods? Can I get periods on susten?

You should be taking sustain only for 20 days after iui and after 20 days if serum bhcg is negative then there us no chance of pregnancy.

Dear lybrate-user, if your upt and serum beta hcg are negative, it?s highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may not be getting a proper period as your still on progesterone support. Please consult your doctor and find out if you can stop susten tablets. If your doctor is convinced that you can stop it, go ahead and discontinue it, after which you should get a proper period.
