Hello there, I am a 32 year old female having dry skin of palms and soles, some doctors are saying it is palmoplantar keratoderma and some are saying psoriasis and also having hypothyroidism from past 10 years. I have tried every type of treatment but no response. I am in so much stress due to this. Please help.
