I breastfed my toddler until she was 20 months old. She had no problem with my milk. But when I started giving her cow milk she was not well since then. I stopped breastfeeding in march 24,2022. After that she is vomiting after couple of weeks again and again. Her stool was always weird (too much poop every single time) more than an adult poop she started pooping after every meal. She started complaining pain in tummy. I thought it's lactose intolerance I stopped giving her cow milk. I do not know if it's really lactose intolerance. If it is I am worried about her calcium and vitamin d. How to provide her calcium and vitamin d without milk. Can I give her pediasure advance she is 2 years old now.

You should start giving her home made foods which will reduce her need of milk. Home made foods rich in calcium and vitamin d are definitely a better option though you can safely give pediasure in addition to that.
