I am suffering from balance disorder for the last three months. I feel very anxious most of the time and shivering feel in hand and legs. I saw to many doctors and they are giving anxiety disorder medicines. This helps but for some hours and then again condition back. When I try to sleep and close the eyes then back of my head start spinning feeling. I have anxious problem since 2020 when covid started and after that for any problem docs give me clonazepam medicine. Now last 3 month balance disorder started some time tremor back to neck, stiffing at neck. And this made my life very complicated. What should I do.

Most likely you are exhibiting symptoms of cervical spondylosis or hyperuricemia. Anxiety symptoms might be as part of maladaptive adjustement to stress caused due to these symptoms or part of separate comorbid psychiatric condition. Going by symptoms you are exhibiting, you should be evaluated for uric acid levels, thyroid profile, cervical spine x ray along with ecg. Also you should keep regular tab on blood pressure and glycemic control. If these steps don't help you out in few weeks you should proceed for neuroimaging evaluation as suggested by your consultant doctor.
