Respected, sir/madam can I usually take alkaline citrate syrup, because I always urge to urinate even when bladder was empty and after complete urinate few drops still flow down, when I urge to pee I feel gas and stomach pain, and also when I drink little more water immediate I urge to poop, please advice me.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the information given. From the description given it appears you are having a problem of enlarged prostate. Please tell me why do you take that alkaline liquid (citralka or some such preparation ), because it is usually given to reduc irritation that may occur while passing the urine. That happens with urinary tract infection (uti). The urgency to pass urine and incomplete evacuation of bladder (some urine remains inside), is seen in benign enlargement of prostate gland. So please clarify whether you had uti and since when this particular problem is noticed? It is better if you come back with all the details in a private conversation, then I will be bale to give specific advise and also prescribe necessary medication. In this communication we are supposed to give only general advise. No drugs can be recommended. You may also need to get an ultra sono graphy of the lower abdomen to see if there is any enlargement of prostrate. Thanks.
