Hiv 4th generation test after 9 months of exposure came negative, is it conclusive, or do I need further tests like rna pcr test? Am I 100% free from HIV? I have small swelling lymph nodes in front of left ear and both side under the jaw. Please help me, doctor.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Any person if infected with hiv, he will be diagnosed within 3 months maximum for antibodies and if not, then definitely by 180 days since exposure and then only we could consider it as conclusive. In your case your test is negative after 180 days, so its conclusive and indicates you are not infected with hiv. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
