Hello doctors, I was having high fever of 102 degrees so did all the test and also with my kft test and in that the sr creatinine is 2.0 mmol/l, sr uric acid is 10.0 mg/dl and chloride is 108.8 meq/l.after this I did my sonography also for the whole abdomen and nothing can be found in the report. Could you please help me out with what should have happened?

Dear sir kidney functions can be deranged during acute infections. Whether that is so in your case is difficult to tell. Definitely creatinine is higher and further investigation must be done to find out the cause.
