I want to know why I have a soft voice or hoarse voice only after I smoke I am a social smoker once in a while I smoke but when I do I feel my voice is low compared to normal so I wanted to know if it is anything serious or dangerous that's happening to me or is it common with every smoker (i am 18 year old) I am very scared so please guide me properly I there anything to worry about please tell me.

Smoking itself is a cause of many diseases I would suggest you to kindly quit smoking and as nicotine can dry out your vocal chords which leads to irritation and as a result it is the cause of voice change. For more queries kindly consult to me. Thanks.
