After intercourse on 5/7 today you can not do anything to avoid pregnancy. If pregnant can only terminate. So, first it requires to confirm pregnancy. As you had already missed your period when you had intercourse (period on 1/6 and intercourse on 5/7) I assume you have irregular periods. So best is to do blood test serum hcg-beta after 19/7 if have no period by then.
