I have a regular cycle of 3-4 days every month. I am having cramps since 17 july and some amount of blood came out but it stopped. Today my periods started but the flow is light and followed by heavy cramps. Is it normal to have one day period? Is it due to hormonal changes or it's serious? please Dr. tell me.
