Dear sir ma'am, I have nightfall problem for 2 years till now it happens 2 to 3 times a week and I am 16 years old before I have masturbated addiction I do masturbate for 2 years but when I stop doing masturbate I have night fall problem I stop doing masturbate before 2 years but now I have nightfall please sir help me how can I stop nightfall permanently tell me any medicine. I think I take selenium 3x tablets is it well tell me sir or ma'am thanks.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age.
