I am a female of 24 years old. I have persistent abdominal pain, gastrointestinal issues like bloating, constipation, burping, spotting 3 to 4 days before the menstrual cycle and menstrual bleeding is normal, pain under right ribs, upper and lower back pain, nausea, fatigue, shoulder pain, warm feeling under the stomach, needle piercing feeling under lower abdomen. I have been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst around 6.5 cm. can you tell me please the type of cyst?
