Condition called hard flaccid where my penis is hard in a flaccid state my symptoms are coldness, lack of sensation, urine dribbling, twist of penis to the left ,premature ejaculation I don?t know what to do honestly been to a urologist but no answer what do I do about my condition and how to cure it.
