Yes, it will increase breast size but effect will be minimal and breast will go back to normal size within few days. The increase in breast size are both due to hormones secretion and increase circulation.

No, no amount of massage increases the breast size, because it doesn't have muscles. But massaging gives the appearance of enlargement because upon massage blood rushes into the breasts and make them engorged. This happens especially in sexual arousal. When the massage or arousal ceases, breasts return to their usual size. If pressing and massage were to enlarge the breasts all women would have got their" perfect breasts"
