Is xarelto better than acitrom? If yes, what is the pros. If no what are the cons. Please help out. Thanks.

Actually it depends on the conditions for which you r taking, acitrom has better anticoagulant effect which is required when you have valvular problem+atrial fibrillation and in that case we have to ignore side effect also. On the other hand xarelto does not require monitoring and has less side effect. Anticoagulant effect if you ask acitrom >xarelto it depend upon condition for which you r taking .tell in detail condition so that I can guide you better.
