I am a 32 year old female, been experiencing on and off nerve pain since july 18th. It feels like tingling all over the body sometimes a burning sensation or electric shock. I briefly had mild flu symptoms and felt tired lasted 5 days. On july 8th so 2 weeks prior I had a brief one night stand we used protection not sure if it was used properly as we were a bit drunk. I did a few tests on august 1st which came back negative for inflammation. I then went for std testing on august 15th waiting for results but I am wondering if these symptoms could be an hiv exposure or could this be another condition needing a neurologist. If my blood work returns negative for hiv 5 weeks after possible exposure does this mean I am in the clear?

Usually HIV does not start showing symptoms this early. Second, if you used protection then ther are less chances of it being STD. The symptoms you mentioned are quite vague and may be just because of nutritional deficiencies, or post viral infection. With more details will be able to help. Consult online for proper homeopathic treatment.
