I am suffering for piles since 4 months. No bleeding but pain and itching inside anus. I take medicine hilo and duphalac syrup. I am feeling well but when medicine is closed then again I am suffering for piles.

Hello lybrate-user, I will suggest you to get examined by a proctologist or a surgeon to get your diagnosis confirmed. U might have some other diagnosis. For any disease of anus, hot sitz bth gives very good relief, so you can try it with 10 ml of betadine in few litres of warm water in a tub. Also take plenty of waters and fibres if you are having constipation. U need to apply the ointment before and after going to pass stools with you finger only. I hope this will be helpful to you.
