Main aim is to make yourself protect from sunlight and hot air, so cover yourself with cotton clothes, the more body parts covered the more protection you get. And before leaving from house, hydrate yourself with energy drinks (like, lemon sugar water mixture, or a fruit juice) but yes drink that few time (20-30 min) before leaving, do not drink just before leaving, it can cause vomiting.
