Hello doctor I had sex with my partner on 11 august without protection and j ejaculated inside here. She took unwanted 72 pill immediately after sex without delay on 11 august night itself. Also she took another unwanted 72 pill tablet on 20 august out of fear her usual time of getting periods is 25 august but till now periods not happen. We don't want this pregnancy kindly suggest what to do & is she pregnant? Is unwanted 72 the cause if delay or she is pregnant?

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. As another tab taken without waiting for full 10 days new tablets still prolong period and one needs to wait for further 10 days. If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
