Can protinex powder can be consumed by anyone or we need doctor recommendation for that to consumed I mean it's like normal protein powder which boosts energy nd proteins to our body right it can be taken by anyone or is it mandatory doctor should recommend this powder to consume? Plzzz answer my query.

Hi, protinex is a general health supplement and can be taken over the counter without a prescription. Unless you have a medical problem, you can take it.

You are too young, better to take natural stuff in your diet. Natural protein intake powder can be made at home. You can add milk n dairy products/ sattu/ makhana powder with nuts etc. For best results you can get your constitution done (vata/ pit/kapha). As per that heat level of the body can be figure out and things can be added accordingly.
