plenty of liquid> 3 LTRS. two big bowls of salad before lunch n dinner. buttermilk nimbupani coconut water etc loose LIQ10 ml at nigh after dinner. use light diet at least in dinner like khichdi Dalia poha upma. fruits > 350 GM's well chew.
