Hi my friend has taken 30tabs of Herfem which contains elemental iron 100mg on Friday night. We were in journey. After 2 hrs he faced vomiting which he vomited some of the melted tabs. But from Saturday morning he is fine. Does any more effect will be there for him? Is he safe now? Isn't he effected with iron toxicity?
